The clear sound of dripping water came, and Noah found himself in the same mysterious lounge for the third time. The moment he opened his eyes, he saw Asmodeus sitting on the couch across him. Noah only watched the king of demons swirled a glass of wine just like how he used to. In his peripheral vision, he noticed that he also had a glass in front of him.

"This is a change." Noah picked up the glass, but he didn't know if he should drink it. His hesitation only made Asmodeus chuckle. The king then spoke as well: "Take a sip. You look curious."

"Did your witches report to you?" Noah didn't take a sip. He only held onto the glass's neck as he asked the man across him. "Luca's been purified. Moreover, he's not facing death… well, at least not immediately. How do you feel about the turn of events? Are you mad?"
