In surface, it was known for a public that prefacture14 has entered into the alliance with Zionic nation and are the contract workers for Zionic nation to manufacture different airships and carjets. Prefecture 14 need to manufacture 5 thousand airships and 100 million carjets every year. With a population of 10000 people, certainly, Zionic nation has laid down the hard condition to prefecture 14. In the eyes of Zionic nation prefecture 14 is just manufacturing plant, until and unless prefecture 14 meets the condition, Zionic nation won't interfere the internal affairs of Prefecture 14. But he knows the secret. Zionic allowed for their existence only because their ancestors were able to deliver corp of Xenron to them; Xenron was the rival and sworn enemy of King Zionic. Shaun Ji's ancestors were legion members and Xenron was their commander. otherwise, how hard it would be to eradicate mere prefecture 14, considering force labor they can force anyone and can make any other prefecture like 14, they are not of moral characters but they like to be seen as the leader with such character.
Shaun Ji knows leaders of Zionic nation are not the one who honors the promise. They are just holding back for some reason. Shaun Ji had some speculations. Talking about the cultivators of spirit realm they can influence the Yuan qi around them and are capable to store Yuan qi into their dantain. One spirit realm cultivator can deal with at least 100 bone transformation cultivators.

Tara was feeling lonely, walking alone on the veranda and staring at the star. She was still thinking about why she was in this strange place, she doesn't know the purpose of her visit as well.
