MinDe did not say anything.
He looked at Xiao Mei who was holding his hand while she stared at him.

MinDe tightened his grip towards Xiao Mei's hand.
He did not like to see her anxious face.
For him, Xiao Mei must always smile.
He'd rather have her act shameless and bubbly every time than see her like this.
Xiao Guan immediately looked at his daughter as if he wanted her to help him defend himself.

Anyone who tried to hurt her will die. No matter who they were, they must die.

He immediately touched her arm. He gently pulled her closer.
"Are you hurt?"
Xiao Mei shook her head.
"I'm fine."
She turned and looked at Xiao Guan who was sitting on the floor.
"Dad.. enough.. just... just stop.. please... I'm sorry but I had enough... I know you are just using me because you wanted the support of Lu Family... Dad... for once, can you think of me as your daughter and not as a tool?"
Xiao Mei forced herself not to cry.
She already shed enough tears.
A father like him was not worthy of her affection and love.
"This is your last warning. If I learn that you tried to show yourself in front of Xiao Mei again, I will completely destroy you--your life and your company."
MinDe pulled Xiao Mei and left without saying goodbye.
Old Man Lu pouted.
'No fun!! That's it?? Two punches are not very satisfying!! Boooh! Boooh!'
Old Man Lu also wanted to punch Xiao Guan and beat him senseless but he could not find any excuse to beat him.
