Similar to before, Cheng Qingchong ended up clicking open Jin Ze's contact details. Just as she was hesitating, the elevator arrived.

After Mrs. Cheng stepped out of the elevator, she turned around when she noticed Cheng Qingchong didn't follow her. She saw the blank expression on her daughter's face, and she asked, "Qingchong, what are you doing?"

Cheng Qingchong came to and rushed out of the elevator. She then used the key to open the door.

When Mrs. Cheng was changing her shoes, Cheng Qingchong held back to stand at the door. Her teeth gritted as she looked at the screen. Then her eyes glowed with determination like she had made a decision before she wrote a message to send to Jin Ze. "CEO Jin, this is Cheng Qingchong, are you free now? Can you talk on the phone?"

The reply soon came. "I'm free, but I'd prefer to talk to you in person."
