What the hell was that threat? Was my brother right about her all along?

Anyway, afterwards, I was thrown upon Decker's shoulder like a sack of potatoes and brought out of the castle and then placed down on the ground, at least he's the nicest one despite still being insane enough to endanger their own clanmate.

"There aren't rules against me carrying you back to base, but it's more fun to see you run." Decker laughed and pointed at the straight path "We also already killed all the mobs in the area by setting them all ablaze."

There are also many gold statues spread across the filed, the work of our clan leader no doubt, also a lot of ashes and smoke in the area, Diana's work.

"There aren't traps set by you guys before you go for your picnic, right?"

Zach then held up a finger signaling that there is only 1 trap on the path.

"Don't try to stray off the path, trust us on that." Zach laughed

"I hate you all, Perseus owe me a date after this."

"Told you, you have to get past me first." Diana said as she patted my back

"Tsk."

I just ran through the path cautiously, I can then hear a loud roar, I turned back to see the person from the beast folk running after me and only to be stopped by the 3, all of the Brilliant Blazes then came too, I then picked up my pace and just ran even though I know that they won't win against my clanmates.

I can then sense a large array of mana in front of me, I tried to fly but there are wind disturbance and I can't activate it at all, I can see Bora leaning against the wall at the gates and entrance to our castle while looking at my direction.

Damn him.

I then run around it, meaning I strayed off the path, but by doing so, the gold statues started to come to life again. I still need a lot of work since I can't sense that at all, that array might have been better.

Bora then charged to help me.

"Idiot, the array will summon a monster that is killable with your current ability." he scolded

"How am I supposed to know?! Bye!"

I then rushed towards the gate as Bora handle all the mobs behind me, he was right, I can't handle any of them since I'm a newbie, I'm not a special case like Diana and some famous raiders who has the ability to match a veteran raider or stronger at their first or second year.

It took a minute but I made it. A screen then popped in front of everyone in the audience and our clan members.

'The Winners are: The Raining Gold.'

"Congrats." A voice said behind me while I gasp for air.

I turn my head to see Perseus who probably warped there earlier.

"Fuck you and your clan."

"It's not mine, Zach is the founder." he shrugged "Though, you should learn how to run faster, that wasn't that far, anyone with a good shape can run that easily."

"Talk with your sister, because...whew...you owe me a date."

"Your dad won't like that."

"I like a forbidden fruit."

"Weird taste, but alright." he chuckled

But after that his facial expression changed as everyone even in the audience can sense it, a ridiculously large amount of mana behind me.

"I got nothing to lose, you killed my leader." The bear man pointed "I-"

His face then changed into a confused expression as he held his face and he then roared in pain as he held his head. But it stopped the next moment as he then got back his angry expression.

Even the audience is confused at this, and the enforcer clan seems to be mobilizing to come in. Which is normal since some clan can't stand to lose and would freak out and attack the winners, but something is strange.

The giant who was out of bounds and the knocked out members were warped to the bear's location, apart from the bear, their eyes are lifeless.

"Mind control, so this is what you resorted to..." Perseus muttered under his breath

In the next moment, Terra, Wyatt, and Bora appeared next to us after being brought by Bora by the wind.

"Evacuate everyone now." he ordered "Don't care about their opinions and complains, force all of them away."

With a nod, wind lifted me and brought me swiftly away.

Perseus POV

I can see Terra summoning walls made from the earth and used them to push everyone away, Bora caused a storm and shot down lightning bolts everywhere on the ground, but I can see it stopped after a few seconds.

Bora looked confused too, but it's probably Zeus' interference.

The 8 members of the brilliant blazes or whatever all charged towards Diana, Decker and Zach except the bear who took out this glass spear artifact from his spatial ring.

The 7 members somehow couldn't be put down as if they're zombies or sorts, and my team is limited by the fact that we can't kill them. With a small injection of mana, the glass spear turned into a white crackling lightning bolt.

The crackles are explosively loud as well.

The fucker gave a replica of his own lightning bolt!

We kept a look out despite our playful attitude, it was only to infuriate them to bring out the weapon early, but now...shit, I expected star magic bombs or something, but this...he gave them such a destructive weapon!

The lightning bolt is too powerful for me to warp it away, I got to block it somehow, not impossible with my strength as 'The Silver Prince', but I need people to evacuate faster or they'll get hurt.

I can just warp them all away, but I will have to take the hit head on because there are too many people, and there's a high chance that I may die.

In that canonically split second of me thinking that took up minute or 2 from you readers, the bear threw the lightning bolt from his burnt and almost non existent hand since he can't handle its power.
