[Dropped] Naruto: Quicksilver abilities

Was dropped as a result of the main character being too powerful. I wrote so many chapters trying to lengthen the story past 10 chapters but they didn’t make sense since my character could end anything instantly and could get anything without effort. Sorry folks!

A man died as a result of a global terrorist cell trying to making themselves known. As he watched from his soul at what the terrorists did after with his body, he decided that the next time he lives he will be so fast that he can see bullets in slow motion and change where they hit. He wasn’t expecting to reincarnate and get that ability he coveted in a shinobi world.
