That's sound more like government agents lol. With that logic then spiderman, superman, batman etc. cannot be counted as hero. After all they didn't involve themselves into government program and certainly didn't care for the post repair stuff

still dumb tho. There are only so many sage that would right that in their cheek. he could've just gone with plain mask. no need to show the world he is the sage.
He then asked the shopkeeper to carve 'The Sage' on the right cheek of the mask and paint it with golden paint.
