that is only the case if the Mechanic is not part of that future, but a lot of things will change just because he exists. the term fixed means cannot be changed in the context of the story meaning that no one can change it. that's why it's called a fixed point something that will always happen just as the Doctor will always go to Trenzalore, the only difference this time is he may not be alone there this time. now you have to remember that with the Mechanic alive some major events that happen will change a little, this could include the day of the doctor or other important things. you also have to remember that it was the moment that saved the mechanic, now think why would it do that. and fixed points in the doctor who show work on the fact it's already happening for the mechanic who knows the story it all already has. that is one of the reasons he has changed so little, he is not aware of what his existence truly means to what most call cannon. I hope this helps explain a few things.
I believe this because unlike the Doctor I can see his future, surprisingly a lot of his future is fixed and must happen. Knowing me and most Doctor Who fans we would try to change a few things which could lead to disaster.

yea but Do you think the time lord council would want someone who can manipulate machines to be able to get knowledge by touch, so MC was never taught how to do it but it will come up in future so no need to worry
once he gets his own TARDIS, he will be able to appear at any point in the Doctors Time line, so time skips are really not needed. i have yet to decide what adventures of the doctor that ,MC will appear but i know I want him there for the River Song stuff, just because it will be interesting to see.
I see, thanks for pointing that out, as I said early I have not read any of the extra stuff, so this information is helpful. and from a prospective the fruit, would be a seed, but I suppose that a TARDIS would not have them on board, if it come from a tree so i really appreciate it, although i will have to keep the seed stuff the same for story purposes. feel free to inform me of any extra information it helps me flesh out this story with more than knowledge of the shows. I want to get as close as I can to the actual world of Doctor who only changes certain things that i have to when i have no other choice. so i have no issue with people sending me information that may be important to the world. i love Doctor who, i really want to do it justice, and i know my writing skill has much to be desired, but I am trying to make it better as much as I can. anyway I should get to writing the next chapter, thanks for the comment.

the reason some of his skills are still level 1 is because he has not used them enough to level them up.
Once in my room I ask my self was I happy with how things went in the show?, was I willing to let thing play out the same or should I try change thing one things for sure i would stop the universes destruction that happens in thirteenth era, it was a plot that was bad and made anything i change pointless if not stopped, so I had to change that but the rest.

that was the Doctors luck at work he stole it from a repair facility, so it was being repaired anyway the parts used are not brand new tho they have been there for at least 100 years gathering dust and most TARDIS will have repair tools anyway for maintenance. also being able to speak to the TARDIS probably helps since it can literally tell you what's wrong.
It takes me a few hours to complete just the most important repairs but this TARDIS has so much damage is a miracle it works hell even it's navigator is busted, the only reason it's able to go anywhere is that the TARDIS itself is doing the navigation through the time vortex, although that's fine it means she burns more fuel than actually necessary, so I made the navigator a priority luckily, the Doctor stole this ship from a repair facility and all the parts had already been moved onto the ship.

Disclaimer I do not own the right to any image included or the halo franchise and all credit goes to there respective owners I only own characters from Oblivion Team as they are my own Creations This story is based around a halo fan called John who was reincarnated into the halo universe. the main character will be the same generation Spartan as master chief just that he has been in Cryo due to his destructive abilities as unlike master chief this one was put through more experiments by Halsey giving him abilities beyond the norm so much so that he has to have an Ai that can help control him however as John is a reincarnater he has a system that has modified the Ai so that it help John who goes by the Spartan Name Dark. This story takes place during Halo 2 and after since he was in Cryo on earth during the events of the first game. The Ais name is Destiny and is represented by a female voice John's Spartan code Is 909 also he uses his Spartan name after reincarnation never using his previous name or the name of the body before becoming a Spartan also due to the system he has he will get stronger over time although he is already powerful also due to the system he is immune to the flood infection as his body is modified by the system making it impossible for flood to control him. Any constructive criticism is allowed this means suggestion on how I can improve the chapters writing quality also please include an example of you do this so I can see how it's suppose to look thank you in advance also in future I may be open to suggestions on some events but that's in future for now I am currently following the events of Halo 2.
