there's not a possessive pronoun to be translated, so it just defaults to "I, my, me, mine" which becomes confusing when translated automatically without human understanding to correct it. both "wife" and "mother" apply to the older female in translation. we know the sick lady is his mother but the translation keeps flip flopping because of the interchangeability of the reference words used to indicate his mother. makes for a bumpy ride.
