Expect more leaps of logic thanks to Minecraft’s in game logic.
"While the rules of Minecraft apply, the results from whatever I craft translate to their real-world equivalent. At least, that's what it seems like right now." Steve said, breaking the plank to bring it back into his inventory. With practiced ease from playing Minecraft for hundreds upon hundreds of hours due to not being able to live his life like a normal kid, Steve crafted a crafting table. Within his hands was a perfect copy of its in-game counterpart, but after placing it on the ground, the blocky crating table expanded and resembled a crafting table one could find within a woodworking workshop. Hanging off the sides of the countertop were a few tools. A hammer, saw, chisel, crowbar, several screwdrivers, and a pair of pliers.

Yup. Steve will make his own crafting book throughout the story.
"That was odd. But I guess that's how crafting more complex items or tools will work here." Steve smiled, inspecting his large wooden pickaxe. As he appreciated his hard work, Steve's stomach growled loudly. Reminding him of his hunger. "Right. Food." Turning to the crafting table, Steve's face contorted into wonder. Tapping on the crafting table, he looked at his 6x6 crafting menu and placed several sticks diagonally. "I was right!"

For all intents purposes, Steve and everyone else is a real 3D human in a midieval fantasy world. Also, here’s some fanart I found that should help everyone better see how this Steve looks like. It’s by an artist called Sansurichin.
Hello, everyone! Welcome to the first chapter of my new story. This is a project I've been working on for the past few weeks. I hope that those of you who enjoyed my previous story, "In My Hero Academia with a Jujutsu Kaisen System," will give this new work a chance. I aim to entertain you just as much with this story!

atta boy.
If he kept hiding it, he might push Leonard and Howard away, as they would see him as embarrassed by his hobby and a fake person.

True.
Andrew thought it could all be a bad dream, and he would wake up after pushing his body to the limit and fainting.

Thanks for the review. At this point, I do agree with all your points. I did mismanage the story and failed my main character. I’ll be using this story as a learning opportunity and use what I learned here for my future stories. I’m glad you enjoyed my older work, the reason I dropped that story was due to lack of reader interest at the time.
I think Idle Transfiguration would be more curse energy efficient.
How odd, I can still be hurt despite his flames not being able to strike my soul. Could it be due to me not being a curse like Mahito?

Would you prefer I have the fight end immediately after it begins? That’s not much of a story.
Holding my chin, I frowned as I realized that I may not be able to one-shot All for One if this was the case. That potato head of a man has been alive for at least a hundred years or so, and who knows how many Quirks have been collected within him? And if my theory that the strength of one's Quirk boosts the size and potential of one's soul, then I may have more trouble killing him using Idle Transfiguration.

This comment is a paradox. So your saying that having multiple Quirks should make the soul weaker but at the same time having multiple Quirks should strengthen the soul over time? What?

Yes, Steve was originally confined to a wheel chair before being isekai'd into this new world.
Taking a deep breath, Steve enjoyed the clean air. A stark contrast to the dirty, oppressive air within the city he came to call home. "This doesn't make any sense. How did I get here? Where's the city? And... how am I walking?" He said with a growing sense of anxiety as his left hand gripped his thigh.
