You already said you are working on the grammar and spelling mistakes, so I won't comment on that. Advices: 1. Join the discord author group. You will get help from more than beginners. 2. You can introduce your main villain late or early. But give enough exciting events to keep the reader's interest. 3. Try to lead the story to a focus point. I didn't get the feeling it was going anywhere specific but it's also early in the story. 4. Make the cover as interesting as you can. We now also have access to midjourney here. So use that to your best ability. I am not sure if this helps. I don't give too much content-wise opinions because it could end up destroying whatever you already have planned. If you have a specific question, let me know. I am learning also.
