The reason why the [High Blacksmith] was chosen instead of the [Blacksmith] was the infulence. The fight was meant to focus on the body. The alchemist was about combination and fusion, like how chimeras bodies were fused together. And the High blackstmith was about creating. You could use normal blacksmith, but Phantasia was aiming for the bigger crafting infuelnce on the blacksmithing side.

I made mistake. Not much higher rarity, but the same as epic level 14 item but with level 50, 100 or 150 could last way longer than level 14 item. As for items with unquie and legendary rank, you could use them for extremly long amount of time.

[FULL EXPLANATION] (And nutshell version below) You are right, but the problem was that this equipment level was way too low. The item was meant for level 14 players and could be used up to 30. However the items of the much higher rarity with level over 50, 100 and 150 would last much longer. For example you could get an epic rarity item with minimal user level being 100 and could even use it up to even level 150 if not even more. There is also the case where items have a lot of restrictions and maybe belong to the same rarity, but items with higher amount of restrictions are usually stronger. {Nutshell}. The item rarity was high, but its base level was way too low. If item base level restriction was much higher, the item would probably last way longer and there would be no need to replace it so soon.
