Well, this is just the start of him hunting protagonists, so the protagonist isn't even aware that he's being plotted against him as of right now but there will be protagonists in the future that will give lots of trouble to the MC. Also, the system isn't fully explained yet but it will be soon, and so will the protagonists. He will also suffer setbacks in the future, but I do understand where you're coming from, this won't be a typical novel where MC just casually wipes the ground with all the protagonists. I won't make the MC evil as in just a psychopath that only knows how to kill; I've tried to portray him as someone that will kill someone if it benefits him, the whole villain thing is related to fate itself and would make more sense at the end of the novel since it's where I'll clarify it however I understand where you're coming from.
