the storm baratheon's got the Royal fleet and the stepstones company and potentially the iron islands so they'd have a total naval dominance in case of a civil war but in land troops the stromlands and dorne both have around 30k troops each and the company 20k that's about 80k while the lion baratheon's got around 60k men in the westernlands and 45k in the north and Riverlands with a total of 150k while the vale and the Reach are uncertain and them joining a side would change the tides of the war specially the reach
