Kinda stupid to say that Muzan wouldn't have grown faster, stronger and just overall. Current Muzan stomps Yoriichi. If they had a rematch when Yoriichi was in his prime then maybe he would win (500 years back ofc) But Muzan wins just by staying alive, he can just hide again like he did after he almost died.
