If I was Ren I wouldve told Liam that the reason why he was strong was because beings who's strength would make mortals believe that they're gods decided to turn the conflicts of the world into a fun game, and Liam was easy to minipulate therefor a great pawn for their games. I would use how Liam so happened to be in places where trouble accures and how he got powers on the yacht ride because he was backed into corner and the gods couldnt let their precious pawn die. The reason I would do this is because I personal would like to see Liam contiplate how he was basicaly a pawn for his whole life. Also it probably would make Liam question who he was which I think can push him to not act on the idea of acting against Ren anytime soon. (Also I think it would make the story more entertaining, well atleast more entertaining for me)
