Yeah. Don't understand why there can't be money-making. A good mix between "worldly affairs" and cultivation keeps the story from becoming bland and boring.
I'm not a fan of this kind of story, where someone powerfull gets to humiliate the weak or fallen from grace. Apart from that, the writing is superb in all aspects. Not like those bad automated translations.
I'm not far into the story, but turning a known male MC into female sounds like some really interesting fun.
Seriously? Despite its long and tedious passages about the trials, I really liked the story (and the very good writing style).
It's all fantasy. So, why should the author be limited by "common knowledge"?"Demons are evil," yet we have tons of Novels, Mangas, Animes etc. where they fight fore the "good side". Stop limiting the writers creativity!!

The translation after Chapter 40 is just trash. English is my 4 language, and I'm not a language expert, but it just hurts reading Chapter 41 and further.MC Character development is really strange.
Was there any other option left? After Felix's brainless speech, this is the only way without sacrificing more vampires due to indecisive leadership.
Just shorten this trial. Please continue the real story. It's really, REALLY, REALLY, REALLY tedious reading.
