well a good work but it's kinda getting annoying that it's nearly 90 chapters and it's still childhood arc atleast try time skipping some parts and fast forward it as it's boring to have a arc that long

You have already created a good story with many possibilities to carry it forward just continue from where you left that's the best option because I like the development of story upto this point and you will have more freedom to write because you have a established mc and a interesting plot going on
nah man you already have a solid structure story you even introduced chat group for multiverse I think you can start from where you left its easy to continue than to start over
