in dc, light speed is literally a laughing stock. Flash has infinite speed, superman can move at nonillions of times ftl.
Not only that, from here; I could immediately tell he was dangerous, enough to say I didn't stand much of a chance. The only way I could put up a fight was to catch him off guard with my lightning spear with maximum output, otherwise, I was a sitting snail for him.

his buffness isn't so bad though, think of a guy like Killer Peter in the first few chaps, but slightly buffer than that, and you have the mc. As for the growth spurt thing, yeah, we could be wrong or right.

you jumped the waay too fast. all this means is that the mc is extremely proficient in certain aspects, his intelligence depends on his overall knowleege as well, not just how easily he understands things and makes things.
