'One Piece : Path to Power' is for me the best fanfic I am reading right now. The power system is so clear and the focus between action and relaxing chapters is very well managed. You should definitely give it a read if you haven't yet.

Kenshin is now in HSR with no memories, I have written another 10 or so chapters but I will only resume posting after I write everything left for the whole fic, which is probably going to take months as I'm too burned and want to see what Natlan has to offer.
