The MC should have just killed Zod and gotten it over with. He’s just a clone. He’s only been alive for like a month or so.

I’m referring to the half dozen Yamanakas that are training the MC. The stated feats in this fic put them on the level of Kakashi, which is preposterous.

This is stupid for several reasons, chief amongst them being that this is something I see in a lot of fics: no matter how strong the MC gets, authority figures scale with the MC’s progress. Example: The MC gets the Rinnegan and becomes an Otsusuki and has the Sage Body and the taijutsu skills of Gai, but still manages to lose to Kakashi in the Bell Test. I’ve seen in hundreds of times. Even if the MC was as powerful as Madara Uchiha, he would have STILL been humbled in this fight. Disappointing every time I encounter it. If there were a Yamanaka of this level, we would have heard of him in canon. The truth is, these OC Yamanakas are only here because the power of plot demands it.

At first, I was skeptical of why he would bother recruiting these vampires, but then I realized….all the villains in the series have underlings. Klaus, Marcel, the Strix, Elijah, etc. It’d be annoying to have to do everything yourself. Speaking of doing everything yourself….archmage essence is capable of replicating chakra. You can make shadow clones. Or the even more stable wood clones. You can accomplish a lot more with teleporting clones. Sending them throughout the world to acquire goodies and complete tasks. They’re good for alibis, too. Don’t forget transformation jutsu or just shapeshift so your clones look like other people. I’d recommend framing villains like Klaus, Damon, Elijah, etc. Wanna let loose and take down a witch coven or a vampire nest? Transform into Klaus and kill a bunch of them and leave the survivors out for Klaus’s blood lol

What’s the point in having a system in this fic if the MC barely uses it? Dozens of chapter with no progress. How many chapters were there actual improvements to his abilities? Like five chapters?

The MC should have left Yang Kurama in Naruto. But what’s done is done. He should consider making Naruto a pseudo-Jinchuriki like Sora and Ginkaku and Kinkaku. He would get all the benefits, but it would be much more controllable than dealing with the full might of Yang Kurama.

I’m surprised the MC was so lenient. I thought he’d beat them up and make the news. Or have them fall down the stairs and die.
