You know it could be fun to start from BackMarker team so that he doesn’t instantly dominates . Prove his skill in Those Cars like Williams , Haas , Alpine, Touro Rosso and force big teams to acknowledge you . That will be much more interesting than starting with Top Teams . Mercedes Don’t have a seat but they can loan him to Williams for a season or Join RedBull and get into Junior team and impress them

Forget Mercedes or Red Bull Go with McLaren . The team is young . You won’t have to wait long for seat as Oscar hasn’t been signed yet . As we are currently seeing Mercedes doesn’t have Championship winning car for 2-3 years or maybe at least till 2026 . McLaren can give you the better car than Mercedes and you won’t have to immediately compete with max and get involved in frankly annoying and toxic politics of RedBull
