hayzzzz if you workout your muscle needs recovery, nutrition will help that and the more protein in the food is the better(did you know that there's a big difference to people who eat less protein than the people who complete their protein goal and other macros, and when one day you eat less(like more than half) of that protein/carbs{for a long time} you will feel that you have gotten a little weaker) now these herbs, they help in muscle recovery and others, like i said the better the recovery time the better you will be at strength training and hypertrophy. and the shorter your recovery time the faster you will be at gaining strength (just think of it as creatine, although the effect is not that great and only give you a little advantage than others, it still have a big impact in the long run, search it if you don't know creatine) so people who have better nutrition and access to these herbs are stronger than those people who don't have that much access its not Chinese bs or something, its just a FACT, of course it's another thing if he use this herbs on cultivation then now its a chinese bs and i would side with you guys in bashing it

Second, Hiruzen sided with Mc because Tsunade is here, he already said that he won't let Danzo get him before Mc and Tsunade left his office. he also didn't agree to Danzo because Mc have a potential, he think that he have a potential like Minato, so why would he give Mc to Danzo to be his subordinate/slave when he can have him for himself(this thing is not hard to think about if you use your brain🙄) DUH what's with the "it breaks my immersion" just think properly bruh
