If someone who repeatedly fails somehow levels up twice within days, when it should take weeks to level up once, then completely disregarding them because of past failures is a bias. If something they're doing is significantly better than what everyone else is doing, you can't just completely disregard them and claim no bias. Besides that, I think you don't understand what bias is. Bias is just an opinion that weighs in one direction over the other.
