Imprinting seals need a high amount of concentration and not a lot of chakra. Though I could create Shadow Clones to train, if one pops and sends me the memories, I will fail in creating an imprint.

Can’t remember exactly, but I don’t think there’s been any mention of any innate spells above 9. Can’t find mentions of tenth, eleventh or twelth innate spells through google search either even in MTL.
