Well , his heart skill should give him a boost to his element affinité , and the other a reduction to the other spicies animosity. I'm glad you choose to make him better at using his element , I alway through it was strange that he wasn't able to do anything with it before meeting sensei , when other were able to use their element at least at the basic level
So its the regular beast taper class , was thinking of the rare class of the twin from the previous version. Anubis is more in tune with the spectral wolf than fenrir I think. Happy to see thats a whole new novel , scared to see the same story with some tweak for more than 500 chaps . Thx for the chap as always

The week felt longer with a broken wrist. Claude couldn't do his usual fitness and training. He had to adjust. He had to ease up— conserve his energy, for what was to come. there is something that bothers me with Emir, something that means that I cannot just hang on with him, he was created with the aim of being a weapon and has been training since his birth, therefore his mind and his abilities are justified. Maybe it comes from his opponents just not being strong enough, or something else. I just have the impression that they can overpower anything at this point, look at the fight with the salamander it's what you could call a close fight but yet I never had the impression that he was going to lose. Maybe that's just it, I don't feel like he can lose?
thats what was bothering me. You clearly wrote emir with flaw , but I just dont feel them in any fight . He never make any mistake with his Time ability , can responsable to any situation with is ability (can fight long , close range , now he can even protect himself). Lack of experience ? he can bypass this with his ability, . He's often "close to death" but I never feels as if he can lose à fight. He just feel too strong and perfect in the way he fight. Thats just the impression he is giving me. And his lack of "personality?" with his lack of any error make him just feel like an inorganic being.I just dont have any attachement to him. Actually the scenes that i like the most are the on with his family , when they are some devellopement for him.
I finally understand what bother me so much with this novel, I never feel like there is a danger , i never feel atached to any character , Émir feel just to perfect no mistake in any action , no hésitation just power blazing any obstacle. after so many chap I finally know why I can't get into it . Émir just feel inorganic ,à perfect being with anecdotic flaw who tremple any opposent
