I did think about that and after a whole night of hypothesising about quirks and their interactions with AH, I believe both decay and overhaul will affect it. Decay should be able to deteriorate AH because it is still a partially physical armour and overhaul should be able to bypass its protection and directly manipulate the molecules or whatever to take effect.
Another example, if Shigaraki or Overhaul touch the MC, but the MC is coated in armament haki, will the MC be affected by their quirks, or will haki protect him?

Decay will not effect him because AH is an armour and it is surface level decay that spreads inwards but overhaul should be able to considering it is literal touch based matter manipulation which works on a much more fundamental level. Again the scale is different the effects MAY be decreased but not completely nullified.

Even then this should be highly difficult if not impossible because the way they perceive future is different. Shanks is able to do that is because, I assume, all of them use one singular way to see the future, OH. But NightEye is not only using a different way, his quirk, the scale is different. It allows him to see their upto years easily. OH should be able to disrupt his sight for a few seconds or a few minutes depending on the mastery but not complete nullification.
Shanks can control his haki/breathing to prevent people from seeing the future, should the MC be able to do the same with Sir Nighteye for example

Maybe. I would say it depends on the quirk. Hitting the intangible, sensing the unsensible, knocking out someone who seems undefeatable but has weak willpower or resisting the mind altering effects of a quirk is easily possible with Haki. But ......
Should the MC's haki have qualities to counter other people's quirks? LET ME EXPLAIN!
