question: what will the chameleon circuit of The Mechanic's TARDIS look like?

This question is going to sound strange but hear me out... In the episode called "The Doctor's Wife", the TARDIS's matrix is placed in the body of a woman. by the name of the episode and the interactions between The Doctor and The TARDIS we can confidently say that The Doctors wife is The TARDIS. This is also further confirmed by multiple other sources. So here's my question: due to The Mechanic actually having the ability to see, talk and interact with intelligent/sentient machines and could in theory create a body for his TARDIS, will The Mechanic have a similar relationship (if not more due to his ability) with his TARDIS?
