Probably, if he wished to, he should be able to replicate the DNA of the dungeon as it was a living being, but then again, he was afraid he would become a dry husk the moment he dared to do it, considering the amount of energy he needed to consume to replicate it.

I mean that's fine in dialogue, but us as the readers don't need that, we know what his title is. When you do that you are writing it as if they are two different characters. Really when you are referring to the same character over and over again, you just use he/she. You should only say their name again if you mention a different character.
