I'm glad they're not a perfectly honed fighting force right out of the gates. Too many novels skip that arc of development.
The funeral home in the title gets no focus, leaving the story as a chain of idiot streamers dying. It's fine, but I don't think I'd recommend it if you don't have a grudge against streamers.
Sort of a bummer this half of his life is getting glossed over. It seems like a natural source of drama and a good counterpoint to the streaming stuff.
The funeral was peaceful, and there weren't many 'accidents' that happened.
