I know I'm a bit late but what if he asks for Cerberus and have a copy of his soul put in his place like they did for Hades. I think it would be good for him to have Cerberus because no dog would abandon their master especially if it's Cerberus. If we need a way for him to come why not just have them have a soul connection from when Hades saved Cerberus from death and turned him into a Zinogre and Cerberus notices it's a copy of his masters soul. Like personally I understand that he probably couldn't bring any of his family since they're deities and wouldn't give up their godhood, but Cerberus would give all his power in a heartbeat, if it would even take that long. Just have the MC use one of his wishes to ask Cerberus if he would accompany his master on his endless, and possibly quite lonely, journey.

Be funny if someone says that and we see their reactions as they hear, even funnier if Harry says that wouldn't be possible since the reason Snape hates him is because he's in love with Petunia and hates Harry because he reminds him of the child that could've been his and Petunia's. Simple, in one fanfic I read, with an amazing author, it showed a Petunia that formed a realistic bond with Harry after years. Also it was meant to be a joke that Harry would either make up or actually genuinely believe and I personally think Snape would pass out from rage and the marauders bust their guts laughing at.
