Just a suggestion, but you could make it so he doesn't need blood, but if he wants to maintain human functions like being able to eat and having blood flow through him, in that case, he needs blood. This wouldn't make it a weakness, but it would make him more vampire-like. Anyway, it is a fun story. Thanks for writing. 😁

The only thing I can say is that I hope you flesh out the character of the girls or a girl he is with. Like I would like to see more of Max and her personality, but I understand that it just started and you didn't have time to flesh her out yet.
This is the best interpretation of a vampire I have seen in fanfiction. He actually needs to drink blood and isn't extremely angsty or overly evil. The MC is fun and doesn't seem to have a God complex that 90% of vampire SIs seem to develop. I love it. I hope you keep posting. It doesn't matter how long it takes between chapters as long as you finish this. Also, the world-building is extremely interesting. I enjoyed reading about the more rotten side of Gotham, as well as how the city functions in general. Thanks 😊

My thoughts are broken by the shower turning off and a few seconds later out comes the object of my affections. What I see shocks me. Scars liter his body. Like he'd been tourtured.

I am curious. If you had the chance, would you really want this? Because to me, this seems like hell. It would make everything meaningless. You would never discover or learn anything new because you already know everything. All your achievements would be meaningless because they could all be done with a thought. Even the people around you and what happens to them would cease to mean anything at some point because you would be able to fix anything and make it all right with just a thought. It would probably be fun for some time, but at some point, you would likely retreat from the world and merely exist, or you would simply make yourself cease to exist because nothing has meaning anymore.
