Is it a sign of brain washing if I automatically pictured what she’s saying to her self in song form more particularly a song from Moana? 🤔
However, inside she was nearly laughing hysterically: "Aowhahahahaha, money come, money come, money come! Men go away! Away! Away!"

But your not alone…
Unable to do physical training, with no TV signal, and the internet already disconnected, it seemed there was nothing to do but space out. Being alone at home, she felt a deep sense of ennui.

How? I mean what in the cave gave the impression that the enemy knew about their mate before them? Multiple people by now know of their mate so what made them think the enemy knew before? 🤔 It’s a mystery….(for now)…..
"This is for her safety, Devonte. You saw that cave. Whoever left that message knows about her. They know she's our mate—before even we knew."

Why ask you’ve been there before?
"Which floor do you stay on?" Ewan asked, glancing at the impressive structure as though he were mapping out a vacation itinerary.

If they were able to put the baton to the first locked door, and have it electrocute a person at the third locked door one would have to assume that they connected each door before/after installation with something to conduct electricity (the story doesn’t mention this). This I feel is a big assumption because the walls the doors were attached to aren’t capable of conducting electricity, and the doors would have to be spaced a certain distance from each other in order to open and operate properly so they are not in contact with each other. I don’t remember when they got the baton or installed the three doors in relation to each other, but I still feel it’s a stretch/plot hole to be able to put an electrical current to the first locked door and have it electrocute a person at the third locked door. (Unless I missed something in my reading) 🤔 anything’s possible 🤭
Putting away the electric baton, Yao Ran quickly opened three metal doors and fired nails at the people outside.

She never stood up but she still had to open a door to go out. So you want me to believe that from her doors position on her balcony no one else can see or potentially hear her door open and close? (Noted 🤭)
She dared not show herself during the day. Only at night did she quietly go to the balcony with a quilt. She would spread it on the ground and either sit or lay on it. She had never stood up because she did not want to be seen.

If she opened the three metal doors after she electrocuted the lock picker how did she electrocute him? 🤭

Should you really be setting up pots and plants on a balcony during a typhoon with possible tornados? 🤔
Yao Ran planted 20 pots of potatoes on the spacious balcony. When she was done with the potatoes, she planted several pots of garlic, green onions, rapeseed, cabbage, water spinach, and chicken feather vegetables. She then used some hollow hooks to hang the pots on the iron railing.

So they weren’t out of tea? 😏
But upon opening the door, the scene before her left her stunned. Jiang Nanshu was sitting unharmed on a chair, while Mr. Chen was attentively serving her tea and water.
