You are probably right on those aspects, i guess my hypothesis would be that immortality is considered natural only as an achievement (guardians/white core) as she isn't an undead maybe it wouldn't have been considered madness if menadion had done this on herself (as an achievement like the white core or beeing deemed necessary by Mogar)

"The real question you should ask yourself is: what was Menadion trying to accomplish by fusing a dying person with a tower? Is her work really flawed or did she actually achieve exactly what she wanted?" Mogar said while absorbing the shade of the First Forgemaster who cried in shame and regret.

The second and third, the people standing at an aloof distance away from the grandmother, the cowardly men who had been lingering, the university student filming this with their phone, the mother of the child, and Han Myungoh… They all lynched the grandmother, aiming for her death.

My only objections would be : -undeath, -gardians and -white core immortality as in death isn't necessarily a limiting factor in the story. Otherwise yes that makes a lot of sense for a world accustomed to it's laws to consider doing an unknow experiment to surpass death madness especially into the strange artificial lifeform that Solus is

same thinking could have been banished because they mated while not alphas

However, Silas was aware that wolves usually hunted in groups, so it was odd to find one all on its own.

and the hundred year war as well as multiples others gave multiples proof of how respected was the interdiction.... that is as respected as cats after the Plague

Then they could feasibly assemble the weapons in secret and arm a peasant militia with them. Training in basic line tactics and operation of simple yet effective weapons could be achieved much quicker than training a swordsman for war.

well i think it exist, it's just not allowed, like in ours, it's banned practically everywhere but through diverses means it still exist even in democratic countries

Slavery was not allowed in this world. No matter who you were and or how much power you held, if the world knew such person dabbled into slavery, they would face heavy criticism from the masses as well as other major powers. Hundreds of years ago when the first mana breakout happened, such things were common issues. So long ago the High Council was formed. This consisted of all the major power holders in the world who enacted certain rules and regulations for everyone to follow.

on a battlefield or during escort and infiltration yes during travel it's an advertisement of how rich and powerfull you are, like "see i'm all shiny i couldn't wear this if i ain't important and powerfull don't mess with me you'll regret it"

"...What?" Foster replied with a deep glare. This guy was wearing things that seemed to be extremely expensive, with shining armor and a decorated sword on his hip.

That's an interesting hypothesis that would explain the lack of despairing or inadapted people but it still doesn't explain the reaction of the mc. i prefer the hypothesis of thomas_mccobb that he is currently in denial or not realizing the complexity and strangeness of his situation

I will have to read further to know but if he doesn't have a moment of realization and adaptation of his mindset during at least a few day, it will remain as a plothole for me
