Maybe they can blame Apas' sorcery on Euryale. Remember when Apas said Mo Fan would not be to weak to protect Apas from her two sisters! Since Euryale cornered herself maybe there will only be the eldest sister left as a threat. I just hope the author don't pull the "take the villain into custody, only for the villain to easily escape trope" like he did with the Black Vatican.

The medusa's stare that Mo Fan was induced to was during the Defense arc on the great wall. The snake eyes is just a general curse all commander + medusa have. They did not receive the curse when Mo Fan did, when he was in his demon form. They are immune to the snake eyes curse but not the medusa's curse.
Those that overcame the Medusa's Stare were forever immune to it. Mo Fan was not afraid of the Petrify or its Psychic Magic. He had gotten rid of the Curse of the Snake Eyes with the Tear of Medusa too, thus its Curse was useless against him, too!

I mean it kinda explained it a long time ago when Mo Fan was trying to unlock the space element. He asked for a space stone from the magic association so he could target the space element, when the magic association admin (someone was the friend of the admin) said Mo Fan was recommend and could choose whatever element he wanted to target (regardless of cost). It was a few thousand chapters though, so most people probably forgot. That admin really hooked Mo Fan up.
