its not like i hav any inside news, for most translated novels u can trust novelupdate and novelupdate says that this novel is on hiatus and its been like this 4 more then 2 yrs so i think its safe 2 say that author dropped this novel and moved on

this is all my opinion and im expressing my opinion in hope of finding flaws in my thinking as i think its correct and logical.

in the previous chapter mc got incapacitated by enemy for a short time i think that counts as losing and the paragraph about if he is pulled out of competition he will lose and once that happens he will continue to lose, i think that thinking is incorrect as, if he loses the new winner of the competition will be someone who lost to him before, so past loser became new winner so the part about continuing to lose is incorrect as there is a chance to make a comeback. based on this i think mc's definition of victory and defeat is twisted and needlessly putting pressure on himself like only he can lose and other can only win if he loses once
