Yea, but by splitting your soul in exchange just doesn’t seem worth it

"Another thing is Horcruxes don't last forever. They can keep you from dying too soon, but when it's naturally time for your soul to move on, you'll die anyway. If Horcruxes worked forever, we'd have a bunch of old Dark Wizards still kicking around. I've heard that in Egypt, they were into making these soul anchors. Treasure hunters often find stuff that might have been Horcruxes, but the souls in them have already died a natural death."

Fair enough. Makes sense. I did find a few things about banks closing in ww1 but there wasn’t much info other than that the banks closed. Anyway was honestly just curious thanks for replying, I always love a good bit of background info

And yes, Bruno wanted their entire houses destroyed, down to the last woman and child. As no mercy could be granted to those who had stabbed the German Army in the back during his past life, despite how close they came during the 1918 Spring Offensive to strategic victory. Nor could they be granted the opportunity to do the same in this life.

I wonder if Erich is resentful to Bruno for his position. Or if he enjoys simply being released against others befire caged again

"As I said, I am your mad dog. It will be done…"

I can’t find anything online about the Rothschild family betraying Germany during ww1. Is this a real event or just something in the novel?

So they’d have landed in the Ottoman Empire area before Bruno won and then they would either end up fighting on Asian lands or the African colonies rather then Europe, maybe would have Been directed to Italy before they were land locked by the central powers

Bruno pointed to an area of the map any student of history would immediately recognize. The Gallipoli peninsula. It was definitely an eye opening gesture as the Austro-Hungarian, Russian, and Greek generals tensed up while straightening their backs after hearing Bruno's suggestions on how to begin their invasion of the Ottoman Empire.

Ah fair enough. I thought it might be that but wasn’t sure whether or not it was so thought I’d ask

The Greeks and Russians have cut off the route of the Army, and its attempts to return to Istanbul. They will either surrender to the Hellens, or to the Germans in the west. But I fear neither side will be so forgiving as you know who leads the German 8th Army, yes?"

I thought Constantinople wasn’t changed to Istanbul till the 1930s. So is this a mistake or do the Turks call it Istanbul

Australia, can be self sufficient if need be

God had blessed the American people with a land that held virtually everything they needed to be self-sufficient. It was probably one of the few countries in world history that could say such a thing without needing to form an empire of some kind.

Probably. Maybe

Of course, I didn't mention drawing a bald head on his portrait.
