You're completely right. The same with Stefan to a degree. He can't trust that Stefan won't try to remove his memories of the supernatural when they don't have a deep personal relationship.

Okay the MC is just stupid. He doesn't even try to get vervain to protect himself. At this point in the story, Stefan would instantly compel him without hesitation to make him lose interest and forget everything about the supernatural. The story is too unrealistic and doesn't capture the real danger he is in. Stefan is more likely to kill the MC than tell him about the supernatural. And also, Alaric would probably be super suspicious of the MC as well. He would likely investiage him, and even test vervain against him before telling him ANYTHING.

Change the way u write dialogue. Never write "name:". Just write "said Sirius," or just imply who says what.

A slight critique on the wishes: He could have been far more specific. Why not wish specifically for the absolute peak power of Superman across the omniverse, fiction and nonfiction? And same for Thor? Or maybe specifically wish for peak Silver-age Superman and Runeking Thor? Also, the combat wish is weak. He could have asked for instant mastery, ability creation, reality manipulation, and used this to instantly learn combat while also having the potential for WAY more. Always choose abilities that can grow. Otherwise it was decent, I guess.

The MC forgetting his past life is just liable to make him suffer the same mistakes in his second life. It's stupid and makes the reincarnation irrelevant. He won't even know that he's living a second life if that holds up. Not to mention that he removes all of his meta-knowledge. I'm not reading this because of that.

The daylight ring is also moronic. He could just have wished to be an upgraded version with infinite growth and potential that can alter his own abilities at will, and he could have simply changed vampires to be okay in sunlight as a base. He could also have wished for something actually good like skill-creation, reality-manipulation, causality-manipulation, omnipotence, or something completely different but a million times better than WISHING TO LOOK LIKE SOMEONE OR TO HAVE A PLAYLIST. HE COULD HAVE JUST MADE ANOTHER PLAYLIST, OR IF HE HAD REALITY MANIPULATION HE COULD HAVE WILLED HIMSELF A PHONE WITH THAT EXACT PLAYLIST FROM HIS LAST LIFE FROM MEMORY.

It's difficult to read stories where the MC is an idiot, and those wishes are truly idiotic. He could have wished for the power of Superman, a god, a gamer system, to become immortal, to have infinite potential, to become as smart as the smartest fictional characters in existence, to have reality warping abilities, to have infinite magic, to have various meta essences. AND HE WASTES WISHES ON A PLAYLIST; HIS LOOKS; AND WHEN HE WANTS TO WAKE UP? AT LEAST INCLUDE SOME INFINITE GROWTH WISH ALONG WITH HIS VAMPIRE WISH. Absolute irredemable moron.

I don't think it makes sense for the MC to want to be the right-hand man of anyone. If anything, Vulkan should be the right-hand man of the MC. The MC has limitless potential and has just gotten started. He will eventually become so powerful that Vulkan will seem like an ant, so why should the MC play second fiddle to him? I say recruit Vulkan as a subordinate instead. The MC being Vulkan's Right-Hand man would be like Superman being the right-hand man of a normal meta-human with superstrength.
