Admiring the craftsmanship, the two thanked me and complimented my armor again before heading off to their class again. I admitted that the armor he made was downright godly, but I would have liked the Superman emblem not on their armor. Taking a seat with the girls, my helmet automatically receded to allow me access to eat my meal. This armor was quite something, and the fact it reacted to situations made me want to wear it as the default suit.

That evening my mother and father told me that they were proud I protected someone, but said that violence wasn't always the right course of action. Sure I could have just walked away, but they tried to humiliate her. Of course I was going to deck him, he should be grateful I didn't break his nose. Approving the play date my parents were thrilled I was making friends though they wished they were boys instead of girls. My overprotective mother was already thinking of running background checks on the girls in case they had criminal records. The fact she was going to do that made me worry about my future. I didn't want my mother to background check everyone I befriended.

Returning home from a long day of working out most of them were exhausted. Making a hardy dinner for us all of us retired to our rooms for the night. Eri was so exhausted that she could barely walk straight, and was falling asleep standing up. My mother took her away to get washed up and into her pajamas. Aside from Kara, my girlfriends were also super exhausted and had me wash them as they were too tired to move.
