I like the more condensed stats as it makes it easier for them to be more meaningful and not just a mess of arbitrary numbers that just don't... work very well.
I think it's fine.
I knew that there was a third party involved in this.
These numbers are roughly equivalent to real life mediaeval casualties on the battlefield.
But dead is dead, and our side had eight casualties, two of which were Guild. The Crimson Hand had suffered nineteen, and the Uruk had suffered seven.

I figured it out last chapter. The tentacles kind of gave it away.
Ahhh, political manoeuvring disguised as friendly advice. A tale as old as time.
"I heard that some people in the military do not support the truce that you made with the Germanic tribe. They think it goes against your father's will, but I hope you know that the Senate will always be on your side. You made the right choice. As I said, your father is great, but maybe it's time for us to look forward. You are the emperor of Rome. Sometimes you don't have to keep thinking about what your father will do in such a situation or what he expects you to do. You have done a good job about the armistice. "Don't be silly. Mechas are just toys that exist in your imagination. In a real fight, a humanoid fighting machine that is more than ten meters tall has frail joints and low defense. They don't fit the principles of applied mechanics. The amount of ammunition and fuel they can carry aren't satisfactory, and their fighting strength isn't very high either.

The instrument most likely. So about as thick as a .50 cal.
Normal bullets did not have enough power to fight against monsters. If they wanted to kill them in one shot, they had to use sniping bullets, machine gun bullets, and anti-material bullets. Those bullets were more than 5.0 in diameter, had special metals infused in them, runic symbols carved into them, and crystals embedded in them. A single bullet was practically as thick as a drumstick.
