• This is especially dumb, since Ao is there. Who has a byakugan. Which can see genjutsu. Which they know about. It's literally a plot point like 2 episodes later that they want to either reclaim or destroy it, and that Ao has been on their radar for a while now. So why would you use a genjutsu you didn't even need to use in front of him and just hope he doesn't see it? A grade ninja work there Danzo.

Thankfully he explained it because some authors just say that they ( the mc) can talk to animals… ANYONE can talk to animals but the animals won’t understand them or talk back I don’t know why that specific miss communication bugs me when I don’t really care for any other mistakes in other fanfics. hell, i have regularly read through MTL’s and the grammar mistakes in them don’t even make sense sometimes.

So you comments basically amount to that you don’t care that the mc is most likely going to the AO to learn magic because it’s the best option BUT you would like other people to write fanfics that don’t have the cliché of going to the AO because it is too often used as a way to gain power
