You’re trying to say that he is not a crazy killer, but he’s clearly a psychopath. He doesn’t care about anybody except himself, and whatever fancies him at the moment. He’s manipulative but also really bad at that. In the end, you’re just writing drama for drama’s sake. There’s no actual reason for the drama, it’s just that you wanted to write it. It doesn’t fit in with the story at all.
Double spacing every single paragraph isn’t going to make it seem like the chapter is longer, it just makes it easier to tell that the chapter is shorter and you’re trying to cover for that. This chapter was so short it didn’t even last 1 minute of reading time. It’s taking me longer to type this up than it did for me to read this chapter- no this blip of a scene.

If that’s the case, then most of the strong people don’t fucking exist because they didn’t get their powers until much later on in their life. They aren’t as strong as they were and if they still somehow exist, then their skills aren’t as good because they’ve had less time to develop them which again equates to them being weaker than they are in canon. The reason why I say they might not fucking exist is because they could’ve died with weaker skills and older age. Being 20 years older or even 30 years older when they got their powers there’s going to be a massive difference when they were first exploring gates. They aren’t the young, strong individuals anymore. They are old. They probably made mistakes in their old age and probably died in the gates. If you’re gonna do something like this, consider the butterfly effects.

Every second, I read this I think to myself “EWWWW”. The cringe dialogue is so bad. You dramatize every second of this story. Every dialogue is dramatized to the max. That’s why I don’t believe it it’s you writing it. It’s AI.
I’m almost 100% positive that the MC was not reincarnated. As a matter of fact, I’m pretty sure that this is AI generated. Everyone just glazes the MC constantly. There’s no internal dialogue whatsoever and the MC seems to be surprised by every single superpower he gets when he was supposed to be reincarnated and knows exactly what the fuck he supposed to get.
Everyone hyping him up so much is just unrealistic. The fact that he doesn’t understand his own powers is even dumber. It’s one thing if you have him acting like he doesn’t understand it, but we can’t see that because there’s no internal dialogue. It’s not him saying oh I have to act like I have no idea what I’m doing or something like that. He’s just not understanding his own powers because you’re not explaining it. It’s honestly pretty sad.
