For me its like a cero for full power and a bala for the low powered one. A cero.
However, it shouldn't be too extreme and limited to a single attack. With abilities like invulnerability and teleportation abundant in the Douluo Continent, it'd be easily countered. So, it needs two modes: low-cost, continuous fire and a high-cost, one-time burst.
