spent too much time trying to describe myself history of abuse. there wasn't much story advancement up until ch 25 which is where I stopped reading.
Trying to put in specific medical information makes the story unrealistic and distracts from the story. Getting a kidney transplant has a lot more concerns than just money. There is the issue of locating a kidney donor that matches, blood type, etc. If daughter donated kidney before, she only has one left. Where are they getting another one? Also, since mother already got one, doctors would view mother as higher risk so would likely put her further down the list of receiving a kidney transplant.
very slow paced story. while the premise is sweet and nice, there's not much personality in the characters and the pace doesn't hold my interest.
I only read to chapter 4 but couldn't continue. English translation is of lower quality so it interfered in the reading experience for me. Also, don't know if it was because of the translation, but the story was kind of rambling. I started reading because of the plot description but the writing just didn't suit me.
this is the funniest father-daughter-son in law relationship ever!
Has anyone figured out who Yaoyao's mother is?
I read up to ch 8 and stopped. The story is very dragging. Author is trying to make the lead and story very mysterious, but without and solid plot up to ch 8, it made me lose interest instead of peaking it.
