Yea but those shortened forms usually still have the same meaning. Jack of all Trades, Master of None is the short form but people usually take it to mean people who ‘generalize’ instead of ‘specialize’ are weaker than the specialist. The original meaning, however, depicts the opposite as while the jack isn’t a master by any means, he still will have enough skills and abilities to beat someone who hyper focuses. Again, this is just me saying the original term and the shorter term have branched out in meaning for some reason.

You can’t just look at the price but also the potential quests offered. Kratos is cheaper but needing to go on a god killing spree just sounds exhausting. Villains in general just look annoying to have as templates if Fisk was any example. Look at Jimmy Neutron in comparison.
With the price of only just a million Reputation Points compared to Superman's Hundred Million, Kratos seems to be a good choice.
