It’s a translation. The premise is not bad, but the story suffers from flawed logic, excessive foreshadowing, and random background characters giving lengthy speeches about abilities. Despite these issues, the translation is decent, and the story has some interesting points.
I feel like this is a Palworld monster.

Most of the x-men can wipe out and army of 100 soldiers. Hell both #1 and #5 would have been able to do the same thing.
Who would believe that? Most people didn't think a mutant kid could pull off such a feat. He wasn't Superman, after all. How could he take down so many people?

The ninjas from the land of snow used Ice Release, though that version wasn't a kekkei genkai as they had to use pre-existing ice for their techniques.
(Water and Wind chakra natures can be combined to achieve Ice Style, it requires great mastery of water and wind chakra natures to do so which mc is capable off)

The author draws way too many parallels to stories that have nothing to do with One Piece itself like Naruto and fairytale.
