With the pain caused by Kaori's death, Kousei had lost the light of his world. Trying to fill the gaping hole in his heart with music, his career as a musician had bloomed greatly until deciding to retire after highschool.
Years later, Kousei Arima married his childhood friend Tsubaki, having a daughter with her, and had followed a path of becoming an elite surgeon, having a 99.99% success rate under his belt, saving countless of lives.
Unfortunately, as if God was playing a joke on him, his daughter had soon fallen ill to the same disease that took away Kaori.
After years of medical research, he had finally made a cure and saved his daughter, but due to exhaustion, passed away soon after as his life flashed before his eyes, until losing the strength to keep them open.
This was not the end, however. As he opened his eyes once more, he knew that his destiny had just begun.

Mk. We are on the 7th chapter so, imma leave my first impression so far. Writing quality. It's improved a lot more and the story doesn't just go flat; Stability of updates: It's good so far, 7 chapters in I think about 1 week. Another thing, the chapters are pretty good length I'd say, maybe try to have a goal of 3K if not already. Suggestions: Do not make this a Harem for the love of God, Add some more references yeah, GJ (can i put my balls in yo jaws)

I swear I have read this before on FanFiction.net about one year ago. I tried looking for it on there but I could only find it on webnovel.com. I remember it having around 60 chapters. I am 99% sure I have read this story before.

Bruh, I literally bow down to you for making this fanfic. I think it's wonderful and epic that Kaori is going to be saved even though it's just a fulfilment fanfic. Your Lie in April was one of my personal favorite animes and this means so much more to me than you think. My childhood revolved around it and even until now it's stuck in my mind how Kaori died. Author, you are amazing. I know this is just a fullfilment fanfic and it would be short, but please don't drop this until the end.
