Later that evening at dinner, the Avians sat near Adrian. This was the first time she had been served dinner, whereas previously she had been the one to prepare everything for her family.
When dinner came, it looked like the menu was steak with mashed potatoes. The food looked so delicious.
"Eat up, you must be hungry..." Adrian said.
"Yes, thank you." Avians scooped up the mashed potato and ate it.
However, there was no reaction from the woman, making Adrian think Avians didn't like the food. He then offered Avians to change to something she liked.
"Oh no need, this is so good. I'm speechless." Avians said with a sweet smile.
"Is that so? That's good. If you really want something, you can tell the servant to make it for you," said Adrian.
The woman nodded and continued eating, as did Adrian. Before they finished their dinner, Adrian said that he wanted to discuss something important with the Avians first. So he wanted her to come with him to his office.
"Okay, I understand..."
After eating, the two went to Adrian's office. There was already a man waiting for the two of them.
"Good evening, Mr. Adrian and Miss. I'm Ferid, your wedding organizer," the man said.
"Wedding... Organizer?" asked Avians.
"Yes, I called him here to take note of what kind of wedding you want. Sit down."
The three of them sat on the sofa in the room. Ferid asked what Adrian and Avians wedding would be like. Starting from the decoration, theme and others.
Adrian turned to Avians and asked what kind of wedding he wanted.
"Ehh... Why me?"
"Because it's your wedding too. Just tell me what you want, you must have a desire for what your wedding will be like, right?" Adrian asked.
Avians looked very confused as to how to answer. Of course she had her own wedding theme that she had been dreaming of for a long time, but she couldn't tell them. She was worried that what she wanted sounded weird and over the top.
"It's okay, just say it. I want to hear your opinion," Adrian said, touching Avians hand on her knee.
"A-actually..."
She explained hesitantly, that she wanted the party to have a fairy tale theme. But with shades of purple. Flowers, butterflies and lighting.
"But I knew it wouldn't be to Ian's taste, so... I'll leave the rest to you," said Avians.
"Hmn... Interesting idea. Maybe we can still add white to neutralize the purple. So there will still be a white wedding feel with purple decorating it," Adrian replied.
"Ahh... What a beautiful combination of colors, Mr. Adrian. How about it, do you agree, Miss?"
"Yes, that sounds better. I like it."
Ferid took note of their request and said he would give them an idea of the concept he had come up with in two days. Adrian agreed and continued their conversation about other preparations.
Avians, who was listening to their conversation, felt her heart beating fast. She didn't expect the wedding to be as she had always dreamed. Her blue eyes glanced over, watching Adrian who was talking about their wedding preparations.
'I only intended to save him because I couldn't let anyone else get hurt. But we ended up in this situation...' she thought.
After discussing all their needs, Ferid withdrew to go home and Adrian and Avians could rest.
Although their rooms were close to each other, Adrian escorted Avians to the doorstep to say goodnight.
"Sleep well, we'll start getting busy with our wedding preparations later. So get some rest," Adrian said.
"Okay, thank you Ian. Good night."
"Night, Avi."
Both of them entered their respective rooms and rested for the next day.
*****
The news about Adrian and Avians wedding spread everywhere. They were going to have their wedding at the beginning of next month, which was only 3 weeks away.
Many people are wondering who is the very lucky woman, who can finally marry Adrian. However, Adrian is not public about Avians' identity.
"You will know when our wedding day comes. So be patient until that day comes," Adrian replied when interviewed by reporters.
He wants his marriage to Avians to go smoothly, without any bad rumors circulating. That's why he covered up Avians first.
Avians, who saw the news on the television in her room, couldn't believe that the woman they were talking about and wanted to know about was her. She knew Adrian was a very famous person even throughout the world. That meant she would also be dragged into it.
"Sometimes I'm confused, why would Ian want to marry a woman who is not even anyone like me. Even though there are many beautiful women who are more classy than me that he can marry..." Avians said confusedly.
She laid her body down on the bed while hugging the pillow.
"It feels like a fairy tale where an ordinary girl who doesn't even know the life of a noble, marries a handsome and kind prince. Like... Cinderella and Prince Charming?"
Unlike her life at home, Avians now had no idea what to do. All the work was done by the servants in the house. She could only lie down and watch television.
Bored, Avians slowly fell asleep.
After only a few minutes of shut-eye, Avians suddenly heard a commotion outside. Even though the house was very big, the noise echoed throughout the room, as if the origin of the sound was shouting to cause an echo.
She got up from his bed and peeked out of his room.
"Whose voice is that?" she asked in surprise.
Avians also walked out of the room and intended to find the origin of the sound which turned out to be from the living room. Feeling that Adrian hadn't arrived home yet, but someone was making noise, Avians ventured to peek in.
Seen through the crack in the door was a middle-aged woman in very fancy clothes and a face full of makeup shouting angrily at the butler who took care of the house.
"I don't want to know!!! The point is I want to meet that woman, I know she's in this house!!!" she shouted angrily.
"Yes, ma'am. I know, she is indeed in this house. But Mr. Adrian asked us to let you see her if he is not home. Otherwise, you are forbidden to see that woman," said the butler as he tried to calm the woman down.
'Who is she?' thought Avians in confusion as she peeked out.
However, because a servant accidentally bumped into Avians while she was peeking, the door that was slightly open automatically became wide open with Avians being pushed in.
"Ahh--!!!" she said in surprise.
"I-I'm sorry, Miss!" said the servant.
The middle-aged woman who had been angry, got up from the sofa and pointed at the Avians.
"You--!!!"
