Serina stood at the door and peeked inside.
Derek took off his tie and put it aside. He loosened his collar and said, "Come in and talk."
Serina timidly walked in and was afraid that he would take advantage of her during the day.
"I didn't run away. I just happened to meet my family, so I went home. I was going to come back today."
Derek sat at the bed and looked up at Serina, who was dressed in jeans and a white T-shirt. With her hair up in a ponytail, one would even think she was a high school student.
"Why are you wearing sunglasses?"
"It's cool," Serina pushed her sunglasses up her nose as she said.
"Come over."
"What?"
"Come over."
How reticent he was! Couldn't he say a more word?
Serina pursed her lips and said, "I'm fine standing here."
With a sullen face, Derek gave Serina a sharp look. In an instant, she felt like the blood vessels were frozen up all over.
As expected, Great Demon King was domineering. He was intolerant of others' views.
