The Yun siblings send us to the gate, where we will get into the carriage and leave. I noticed that Yun He was staring at me and then at her brother and cousin.

"Is there a problem, Yun He?" I ask. She blinks and looks at me.

"It's nothing, your highness," his brother says. Yun He forces a smile and shakes her head. "Big brother is right, Your Highness. I'm just surprised to meet the empress."

My brow furrows and they act like I was convinced by their acting. My husband looks at me. He was puzzled, actually.

"Shanguan Zu Jin, what do you think if I hired Yun He as one of the imperial guards? She will be assigned to our quarters. Her martial arts skills were definitely great," I suggest.

A'Zu realized why I was staring at him weirdly. He looks back and glances at Yun He.
